You have had the ebook about “Who Is Your Customer?” for a day or two. Now is the time for you to tell me and each other what you think of these ideas about conversation and product development and marketing. Here is a comment I recently received by email:
I just finished your ebook and I applaud it. Very good, it pays to put in those long hours when they are necessary. I chuckled when you wrote Pool Cleaning as my ebook is all about pool care. Your book is easy to read and understand, and the flow of material is congruent with the topic. Also there is a good transition from point to point with relevant stories. Congratulations. I’m convinced that having a virtual store where you sell your information products cannot work unless you already a 10,000 + ‘hot’ mailing list. I suspect that the existing paradigm only supports those who already have those resources. I’m also convinced that conversation is the natural way to sell. New approaches to building relationship over the Internet supports conversation and relationship. What better way to sell?

Great Idea you have, to give us this amazing informatio. I’m still half way trough, but i’m already inspired. I have an amazing product that is helping people reverse or slow down the aging process. I just got done reading your ebook and I loved it. I truly appreciate the information you provided and it was easy to understand. I will be using the information provided and I know that I will read the book over and over again as I find out about my customers and develop my products to meet their needs.

I just finished reading the ebook. Initially when I started to read it I was a bit confused what I was really reading. After getting through the first few pages, the confusion dropped. I rate this a 3.5 out 5 (5 meaning excellent). All in all, the content was very good.
